Being a registered charity (NGO) refunds and cancellations to any donations order are not applicable.
Note: As donations are non-refundable, requests for refunds will not be entertained. However, if you still wish to proceed with a refund, please submit a request via email to , and the processing will be completed within 7-10 working days.
